The International Festival “Theatrespektakel” born, like all the good things, sitting on the lunch table. The Festival’s ideas was developed with more hands, with me, Marco Pejrolo, Wilmar Jakober, with the collaboration of he association “Initiativkreis 8.mai”, students and teachers of Langenau, the Bosch Gymnasium, the City of Langenau and a lot of entusiastic people.
During the lunch that was closing the experience of the project “Traum’a”, we start in fact with a bigger project, ambitious and courageous, moving from the same reasons and meanings : the needs to talk about Memory, Tolerance, dialogue between cultures.
The aim of this festival is talk about this topics and experience the possibility, in international exchanges project between schools of all Europe, to think, to dicuss, to share knowledges, working together in the same project with dance, theatre, singing, movies, photography, let them working together and developing their own ideas.
The festival 2009 is the third edition, is open to all european countries and would like to be open to all the world countries, without borders!
In 2008 the festival got a rewards about “Democracy and Tolerance against extremism and violence” from the Budesmisnisterien of Germany.
OPEN THE “PEDAGOGY AND TRAINING” BOX AND BE PROTAGONIST OF THE FESTIVAL!
The idea of the “Traum’a” project goes on, developed in the festival and was opened to others groups.
The italians and germans schools took part of the festival in 2007 and 2008 with the same modality.
Two groups of students, one per each school, worked separatly on the same project performance, developing step by step during the workshops with me and my collegue Marco Pejrolo.
We were like “bridge” between the ideas on the two groups, that they developed by themselves.
The meeting between them was three days before the debut, in Langenau, for the first time!
And with all the emotions and curiosity and entusiasm, they finished the work together, like one group, ready for the debut of their own show!
With this way of work, were built the performances :
1989-2007-2028.
With Liceum Majorana, Torino and Bosch Gymnasium, Langenau.
Inthe group we had also some parents and teachers of the students, in a project that was sharing experiences between generation as well as different cultures.
